Under GDPR: Astell acts as a data processor for the content you integrate; you or your organization remain the data controller; Astell processes data only according to your instructions; and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place for EU customers to support lawful processing.

EU residents can exercise: Right to Access (a copy of your personal data); Right to Rectification (correct inaccurate or incomplete data); Right to Erasure (request deletion); Right to Data Portability (receive your data in a portable format); Right to Object (object to certain processing); and Right to Restrict Processing.
