How do I reset a forgotten password?

To reset a forgotten password, use the password reset option on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to the email address on your account; if you no longer have access to that email, see Email access, locks, and suspensions.

Does Astell support MFA or SSO?

Every user can turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for their own account on any plan, including the free tier. Organization-wide MFA enforcement and SAML SSO are available on Forest (Enterprise). All plans sign in with email and password.

I lost access to my MFA second factor. How do I get back in?

MFA is available on every plan, and any user can enable a second factor on their own account. If you lose access to your second factor, contact your organization admin, who can reset MFA for your account. If you're the admin (or a solo user), email support@labtwofour.com with your organization name and account details; Astell will verify your identity and restore access.
